P. Herbert Caldwell

Herb Caldwell is owner and lead consultant for BOMM Solutions, and has spent the past 15 years working with various small businesses, ministries and non-profits with custom strategies for organizational effectiveness and efficiency. These strategies include training, mentoring, policy development, structural assessment and more. Every client project is different, and Dr. Caldwell will often collaborate with colleagues who have expertise in the areas of law, human resources and business, to assist in providing client services.

A lifelong creative and musician, BOMM Solutions has provided a platform to combine Herb’s passion as educator, consultant and multimedia professional. He has served as musician, engineer, producer, director, videographer or writer on countless client projects. He is passionate about helping others craft their own narrative through media; and enjoys the role of consultive producer, where he shares creative and experiential guidance, along with the technical skill he brings into the multimedia space.

Herb earned an undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where he was a member of the men’s basketball team. He also has an earned doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Missouri Baptist University, a M.A. in Community Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield, and completed PhD coursework in Educational Policy Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a specialization in evaluative research.
